Santa Sleeping by Fireplace

This is an adorable porcelain figurine showing Santa sleeping by the fireplace with his boots off and a dog resting across his left leg. The hand painted pastel colors and underglazing are in a style similar to that popularized by Lladro, but this piece was produced by Kmart, as part of their Trim a Home collection.

There are a few flaws that appear to be from the manufacturing process, rather than damage caused by mishandling.  There are 2 nicks along the bottom edge of the base, a couple of cracks on the underside of the base and a very tiny crack at the point where Santa's head meets the fireplace. None of the flaws are easily noticed and this would make a charming piece in any Christmas display.
