This is a mini plate ornament from the Cherished Teddies collection. It features an angel bear wearing a diaper. This plate ornament was first issued in 1996 and retired in 1998. It has space on the back to write in the name of the baby and who it is from and it comes in the original box with certificate of authenticity.
