Royal Doulton Artists
Royal Doulton has a long history of producing hand-crafted figurines and other porcelain products from its factories in England. In general terms, there are 3 primary artists involved in the creation of a figurine; the artist who inspires or imagines the figurine (the designer), the artist who sculpts or models the figurine (the sculptor) and the artist who paints the figurine (the painter). In most cases, the designing and modeling roles have been combined at Doulton, with artists given considerable creative license. Here are some of the Doulton artists we believe have played significant roles in the creation of so many beloved items and a little about their lives and their work.

Barbara Vernon Bailey
Charles Noke
Leslie Harradine

This list is currently incomplete and we hope to feature more Royal Doulton artists very soon!
