This Precious Moments figurine was first issued in 1990 and was retired in 1996. It depicts a girl with large 'Y', 'O' and 'U' letters. This figurine bears the trumpet production mark of 1994 and it comes in the original box. Unfortunately, this figurine has been damaged and repaired. The Y has been broken off and reattached. Adhesive residue is evident around the base of the Y.
