This is a musical figurine from the Precious Moments collection. It depicts a girl clown sitting on the back of an elephant having a phone conversation with the elephant. The elephant's name is Babe.

This musical figurine is 7" tall and it plays the tune: "Be a Clown". It was introduced in 1986 and retired in 1999. This particular one bears the 1988 production mark of the flower. It, unfortunately, no longer has its original box.
