This Precious Moments figurine is a Birthday Club figurine of a raccoon wearing a fishing hat and holding a fish. It was released as a 1986 member's only figurine.

This figurine bears the Cedar Tree production mark of 1987 and comes in the original box.

Unfortunately, this figurine has been repaired. The fish has been broken off and reattached. It is not easy to see from the front, but the crack can be easily seen from behind.
