This is a Toby jug from Kevin Francis studios in England. It depicts David Winter, the creator of David Winter Cottages, finely detailed miniature cottages. It is part of the Kevin Francis Artists series, produced in 1991.

This ceramic Toby jug was modeled by Douglas V Tootle, best known for designing figurines for Royal Doulton. It was produced in a limited edition of just 950 pieces, each one uniquely numbered.

This particular one is numbered 411 of 950. It measures 9" tall and it is in excellent condition, despite no longer having an original box.
