This figurine is from the Pretty as a Picture Sweetest collection. It depicts a young girl holding a bouquet of roses. Introduced in 1998, this 4" tall figurine was retired in June of 2001. It is stamped with the 1999 production mark of the Heart and it comes in the original box with Kim Anderson picture card.
