This is a plate from the Cherished Teddies Nursery Rhyme Plate Collection. It is titled "Wee Willie Winkie" and subtitled "Good Night, Sleep Tight".

This plate is decorated with a relief image of Wee Willie Winkie in his nightgown, holding a teddy bear under one arm and a lantern in his other hand. It was produced from 1996 until it was retired in 1998 and it comes in the original box.
