This delightful Hummel figurine depicts two young children on a home-made raft with their dog and a picnic basket. The young girl points the way as the young boy propels them through the water with a pole.

This figurine was modeled by Helmut Fischer in 2001 as part of the Wonder of Childhood series. It is stamped with a club exclusive back stamp as well as the usual Goebel TMK8 trademark.

Measuring 6" high and 7.5" long, this figurine comes with a wooden base with engraved brass plaque, upon which it can be displayed to best effect. It also comes with a certificate of authenticity.

This piece is made extra special by the distinctive signature of Ulrich Tendera 12.11.05. Ulrich is one of Goebel's Master Painters and head of their production department.
