This Precious Moments figurine is from the Sugar Town series and depicts a cat climbing on a fence by the Sugar Town flagpole.

This item was issued as a standalone piece and also as part of a set of 3 Sugar Town enhancements (with a bonfire and hot cocoa stand) in 1996. It was retired (both individually and as a set) in 1997.

This piece bears the first year production mark of the Heart and comes in the original box.
