This David Winter sculpture is from the series and is typical of many English village churches. It is said to be inspired by 2 specific churches, one in the Cotswold village of Salford and the other in Surrey, close to David’s home. Neither one is called St. George’s church, but David decided to name this church after England’s patron saint. This 3” tall church was introduced in 1985 and retired in 1995. It comes in the original box with certificate of authenticity.
