This David Winter cottage, from the Irish Collection, is a country cottage with a hidden shebeen. Shebeen is an Irish word for an illegal (unlicensed) bar, usually selling home-distilled liquor. You will see this cottage has a hidden door below the main cottage, partially obscured by a strategically placed haystack. This cottage was first introduced in 1992 and retired in 1993. It is 4.5” tall and comes in the original box with the certificate of authenticity.
