This is one of two Cherished Teddies hanging ornaments that bear the same model number. This one depicts a Santa bear in a red coat holding dangling blocks that spell "Ho Ho". Its partner ornament depicts a Santa bear in a green coat holding dangling blocks that spell "Joy".

This ornament was first issued in 1996, suspended from production in 1997 and finally retired in 1999. It comes in its original box.
