This is one of several Cherished Teddies heart-shaped hanging plaques that share the same model number. Each one has a different picture and message. This plaque shows a teddy bear holding a cushion embroidered with the word "Love" and bears the message "My Cherished One". It was first issued in 1995 and retired in 1997. It comes in the original box.
