Mr Cool is one of a series of Reco clown figurines designed by John McClelland. It was produced in a limited edition of 9,500 pieces and this one is number 903, as shown on the base.

This 1988 figurine is 8” tall and depicts a clown dressed in yellow with his hands in his pockets. There are a few surface marks on the back of his pants, which will probably clean off.
