This is a dated 2005 hanging ornament from Precious Moments. It is a rectangular plaque with a picture of a girl sewing a patchwork quilt and it has a small dangling heart.

The plaque measures 3.25" x 4.25" and on the back there is space to write "To:" and "From:". It comes in the original box.
