This figurine from M.I. Hummel depicts a young boy playing as a pharmacist. He is holding a piece of paper that says "Rezept" (German for prescription) and has two large bottles labeled "Rizinusöl" (German for Castor Oil).
This figurine was modeled in 1955 by Karl Wagner. It has also been issued with "Vitamins" or "Castor bil" (Spanish) as the bottle label. The figurine was officially retired in 2006 but the German language version has not been produced since 1984.
At 5.75" tall, this figurine bears the TMK5 (Goebel Bee) trademark.
