This M.I.Hummel figurine was originally modeled by Reinhold Unger in 1938. It is just over 3" tall.

This piece bears the TMK2 backstamp (the full bee) as well as "(c) by W. Goebel" and " Germany". There is unfortunately a chip that runs along the front wave of his hair, which can be seen in the close-up picture. It is otherwise in great condition.
