This is an older Precious Moments figurine, which was only issued from 1981 to 1984, when it was suspended from production. It depicts an angry young boy stomping up the stairs to bed. He is being closely followed by his dog, who appears equally angry.

This comical figurine bears the 1983 production mark of the fish and it comes in the original box.
