This cottage is part of David Winter's Sherwood Forest collection. Based around the folklore of Robin Hood, this cottage represents a bower (rural retreat) envisaged by David as a place King Richard may have occupied while visiting Sherwood Forest.
This cottage sculpture was first issued in 1995 and was retired in 1997. It measures approximately 3.25" tall and it comes in the original box with certificate of authenticity.
There is a very small chip of paint missing from one of the trees in this sculpture. This can clearly be seen in the pictures.
