This David Winter cottage is part of The Regions collection and is typical of those found in many villages in Kent. Kent is known as the "garden of England", boasting a vast array of horticultural delights. This cottage has a neatly manicured garden and a long sloping roof, commonly found in Kent.
This cottage was first issued in 1985 and retired in 1997. It measures 4.5" tall and comes in the original box with certificate of authenticity.
Unfortunately, there are two small chips on the tops of the two chimneys. They are minor and not visible from the front elevation, but can be seen in the pictures.
