This Precious Moments figurine comes from their Clown series and depicts a clown holding a handful of balloons. On top of one of the balloons is a small chick pecking at the balloon.

This figurine was first issued in 1985 and was retired in 1997. This one bears the Trumpet production mark of 1994 and comes in the original box.
