This is an arch-shaped plaque from the Precious Moments collection. On the one side is a picture of Sam Butcher's I Believe In Miracles artwork (as depicted in the figurine with model number E-7156). On the other side is the following short rhyme.

Believe in miracles and you will see,
the beauty that surrounds both you and me.

This 1999 porcelain bisque plaque measures 5" tall and it comes in the original box.
