This figurine is from the Cherished Teddies Holiday Dangling series. Holden is a seated bear holding a pole with a string of letter blocks that spell out "Ho Ho!".

First issued in 1996, this figurine was suspended from production in 1997 and finally retired in 1999. It is subtitled "Catchin' the Holiday spirit!" and comes in the original box with certificate of adoption.
