This is a limited edition Cherished Teddies figurine from 1997. Grace is an angel bear, standing in the snow and carrying a Christmas tree and a banner, which reads "Glory to the Newborn King".

This figurine was limited to just the one year of production and comes in the original box with certificate of adoption.
