This is a M.I. Hummel Club figurine, released as a free gift for renewing membership in the 1998/9 club year. It depicts a young boy holding a shovel.

This figurine was modeled by Helmut Fischer in 1996 and measures a little over 3.5" tall. It bears the Goebel TMK7 backstamp and comes in the original box with certificate of authenticity.
