This M.I.Hummel figurine depicts a young boy carrying a large beer stein and a handful of freshly pulled root vegetables, which appear to be parsnips from their coloring.

Standing at 5.5" tall, this figurine bears the TMK5 (Goebel Bee) trademark. It was modeled originally in 1938 by Arthur Moeller and in the early days went by the name "Father's Joy". There is a little light crazing on this piece commensurate to its age.
