This is a Cherished Teddies signage plaque. It was issued from 1992 to 2004. The most common variation of this plaque simply says "Cherished Teddies by Enesco". There are two other known variations that say "Lic. Hamilton Gifts" on the understamp, one with Enesco on the front and one with Hamilton Gifts on the front.

This particular plaque is one of the rarer variations with Hamilton Gifts on the front and understamp. It comes in the original box.
