Chelsea is one of the oldest, rarest, most collectible and most valuable of all the Cherished Teddies. She was first issued in 1993 and retired in 1995.

Chelsea is depicted with a stuffed heart and a toy sheep. She bears the message "Good Friends Are A Blessing".

This particular figurine was one of the first produced (with no leading numeric in its reg. number) and it comes in the original box.
