This Boyds Bears and Friends figurine is from their Wee Folkstone Ribbit & Co. collection. It depicts a frog prince holding a sign offering free kisses (reduced from 10c!).

It features a quote from Jefferson Davis, leader of the American Confederacy, "Never be haughty to the humble; never be humble to the haughty".

This figurine was first issued in 1998 and retired in 1999. This particular one is a first edition (1E) and it comes in the original box.
