This M.I.Hummel figurine depicts a boy dressed as a clown, with a "slapstick" under his arm. The slapstick is a noise maker that was popular with stage comedians and usually made from wood and cloth or paper. This figurine was modeled by Reinhold Unger and Helmut Wehlte in 1955 and was permanently retired in 2000. This particular piece bears the TMK6 backstamp and measures 6" tall.
