This is a 2001 limited edition figurine from Boyd's Bearstone Collection. It features a circus procession with an elephant leading a couple of matching band members. Its full name is "Boomer And Toot With Fifi, Squirt & Topper - Let The Show Begin".

Unfortunately, this piece has been damaged and what should be a poodle (Fifi) standing on a hoop is now just the bottom part of the hoop. Please see the close-up pictures.

This figurine features a quote from Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, by Lewis Carroll, "Begin at the beginning…and go on till you come to the end; then stop".

This is a January issue, numbered 1982, and it comes in the original box.
