This is such a cute Collector's Club figurine from Precious Moments. It depicts a young girl bandaging the tail of a mouse. The mouse has been hurt trying to steal cheese from a mouse trap.

This was the 1997 Members Only figurine. It bears the 1996 production mark of the Heart and comes in the original box.
