This 4” tall cottage was issued to Guild Members only in 1994. It is unusual in that unlike most David Winter cottages, it is designed with 2 bare sides to sit in a corner.

This quaint cottage is a mix of architectural styles surrounding a lawn area where there are discarded croquet mallets, balls and wickets (hoops).

This cottage comes in the original box with certificate of authenticity.
